Our only everyday is to show up and to be loving_

Our only vulnerability the hidden long ago hurt is misunderstanding_

Release by sharing and declare  – I too carry hurt come and see_

Healing by declaring sharing – this is too heavy for heart truth love_

Our only way is this open heart clarity and renewed growth strength_

Our only action to leave behind that old way fear laced hate ego isolation_

Vulnerability to courage only through contrast dark to beauty truth_

In all those reflections varied and judged we arrive better veiled sight_

We are the greatest when we share capacity compassion love_

And in that giving we receive what we need in return only truth love_
